Our name tags are 4" X 2" but can be accommodated to your special needs. They come with or without Velcro backing, please make sure you choose your preference. The Flight Tags can be customized to any of the Military, Medical, International or commercial wings, if you need any other customization, please send us an email or give us a call.  This tag can accommodate two wings or logos.
