NEW DESIGNThe shoulder sleeve insignia was originally approved for the Army Ballistic Missile Agency on 15 June 1956. It was redesignated for the U.S. Army Ordnance Missile Command on 1 April 1958. The insignia was rescinded on 9 April 1963. (TIOH Dwg. No. A-1-232)
